The TCM3651 is a high performance buck boostconverter that the output voltage can beprogrammable from 0.9v up to 20v throughexternal resistor.
The TCM3651implements the BuckBoost converter with a single inductorarchitecture that operates with input voltagesabove, below orequal to the output voltage.And support 2-switch boost mode for higherefficiency.
The integrated low Rds(on) MOSFET minimizesphysical footprint, maximizes efficiency, whichreduces the power dissipation. Constant currentcontrol is utilized to protect the device fromovershooting at fault conditions. Built-in loopcompensation simplifies the circuit and design.TCM3651 guaranteesrobustness withunder voltage lockout, short circuitprotection and thermal protection.
