The Tcs4162is a fully integrated, high- efficiency2.0A synchronous rectified step-down converterThe Tcs4162 operates at high efficiency over awide output current load range.
This device offers two operation modes, PWMcontrol and PFM Mode switching control, whichallows a high efficiency over the wider range ofthe load.
The TcS4162 reguires a minimum number ofreadily available standard external componentsand is available in a 6-pin SOT23 ROHS compliantpackage.
