CC/CV Mode Synchronous Step-Down Converter
Product Description
The TCS4270 is a synchronous step-down convertercapable of driving 4A continuous load with excellenine and load regulation. The TCS4270 operates ineither CC(Constant Current)mode or CV(ConstantVoltage) mode with an input voltage range from 4.5to 30V. TheTCS4270 provides programmable cablecompensation by adjusting extemal resistor dividerExternal shutdown function can be controlled bypulling COMP pin to a level below 0.14V
Fault protection includes secondary cycle-by-cyclecurrent limit, short circuit protection and thermalshutdown,Internal soft-start minimizes the inrushsupply current and the output overshoot at initiastartup.
The TCS4270 is available in SOP-8 (EP) package.
