The TCS4216B is a curent mode monolithic buckvoltage converter. Operating with an input rangeof 3.7V-18V,theTCS4216B delivers 2A ofcontinuous output current with two integratedN-Channel MOSFETs. At light loads, regulatorsoperate in low frequency to maintain highefficiency and low output ripple.The TCS4216B guarantees robustness with shortcircuit protection, thermal protection,currentrun-away protection, and input under voltagelockout.
The TCS4216B is available in a 6-pin TSOT23-6package, which provides a compactsolution with minimal external components
