Product Description
The TCM8833CKis a bipolar stepper-motor driver with dual, built-in full-bridges consisting of N channel power MOSFETs.
It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 20V and can deliver motor current up to 1.0A per channel. The internal safety features include overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, sinking and sourcing current limits implemented with external sensors, under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown. Internal An over-temperature output flag is available to indicate thermal shutdown.
The TCM8833CKis available in 5.0mm×6.4mm ETSSOP16L and QFN3X3-16 package.
