The TCS4336B is alow EMI signature, asynchronous, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to provide a 3.5A continuous current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation.TCS4336B achieves low EMI signature with wellcontrolledswitching edges.Fault condition protection includesprogrammable-output over-voltage protection,Constant on time Mode, and thermalshutdown.
TCS4336B requires a minimal number of readilyavailablestandard external components. It isavailable in ESOP8 package.
